Terms of service

Refund on an order: We do not begin production of any order without the receipt of full payment. Once any order has been put into production we cannot guarantee that a refund will be possible. However if you have placed your order and wish to be refunded before we begin production, than we guarantee full refund of all payment. 

Product consistency and quality: To avoid any difficulties we highly recommend that you ask us for a sample of the product you wish to purchase. Our factory repeatability is excellent, if you are happy with your sample, you will most likely also be happy with the rest of your order. But we highly encourage you to ask us for pictures or videos of the product your wish to purchase if you have any doubts as to the quality or function of the product.

Factory Faults: We do our best to find any factory faults in the products we sell, but If there is a factory fault in any of our products then we will send a replacement.

Production time: Production time will vary. But you can expect you receive your order from 1-4 weeks after purchase. 

Harm done by product. Upon purchase from us you do acknowledge that we will not be held in account for any harm caused by misuse of product. Or by any accidental harm. Such as but not limited to scolding by hot water, cut by knife, burn from flame etc.

Product Packaging. Product packaging is largely up to the buyer. We offer flexible packaging options. Most of are products come standard in OP plastic bag. But Some also come standard with quality color boxes. If special packaging is required let us know and if possible we will make provision.

How to Order. To place an order you must do the following.
1) Provide us with the specific product name, color and quantity.
2) Provide us with your logo, preferably in a vector format. If the artwork you provided         does not work for us we will let you know.
3) Let us know your desired placement of the artwork on the product, and the size of the engraving you desire. If you are not sure as to your desired placement, then let our professionals offer you suggestions. Please email your artwork to elliotinfocusmfg@gmail.com
4)Provide us with your shipping information.
5) We will then send you a photo sample of the final product and if approved by you we will then send you a purchase order and upon receipt of payment, production will begin.
