Refund policy
We do not begin production on an order unless full payment has been received. Once production on said order has begun we cannot guarantee a refund. This will be due to the fact that the product may have already been marked with your desired marking or logo, and can therefore not be used by us. However if you have made payment and desire a refund and production has not yet commenced, then a full payment refund is guaranteed.
If products arrive and there is a flaw on our part, (wrong product was sent, or the engraving is bad) then returns or a refund will also be accepted if action is taken within 10 days of you receiving your order.
